This complete Proposal follows upon the
selection and the sorting of the conceptual notes (Departments
and the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Medicine-Tunis)
and the acceptance of an Original Proposal (the Council
of the University Tunis Elmanar). The carriers of this project
include teachers having developed the conceptual notes as
well as other representatives of the various structures
of teaching (sections and departments) and the various commissions
(TIC, Research, didactic, Library, External Relations )
working in close cooperation with the scientific council
of faculty. The carriers of this project were chosen by
cooptation by their peers; they were proposed for their
expertise in the various aspects relating to this proposal
like their availability and their engagement.
We do notice the enormous impact of development
in term of Information Technologies and Communication (TIC)
in teaching field in general and medical one in particular.
In parallel, modern medicine is increasingly dependent on
the techniques of investigation and intervention using specialized
equipment (microscopes, automats, scanners, IRM, endoscopes
and another material of stereotaxic). These expensive equipments
are available in our care structures but not in the faculty
because of the absence of connection. Generally, this equipment
allows the remote control of the signal (numerical) facilitating,
in particular, a remote interactivity
