Hinari

The HINARI program was implemented by WHO in collaboration with the six largest publishers in the world. It aims to provide free or very low cost access to major periodicals covering the fields of biological medicine and social sciences to public and non-profit establishments in developing countries. Nearly 3,800 periodicals are accessible to health facilities in 113 countries and provide public health personnel, researchers and legislators with access to health information, thereby contributing to a better health situation in the world.
