This service is composed of the following units:
1st and 2nd cycles of medical studies.- Boarding school
- Thesis
- 3rd cycle (Residency and Family Medicine)
This service is responsible for:
- Student registration .
- The supply of administrative documents (certificate of registration, student card, certificate of attendance, transcript of marks, certificate of success, Quitus, Cursus, duplicate).
- Participation in the material organization of exams
Studies service
This service is responsible for:
- Teaching (programs, hourly volumes, timetables, Organization of lessons, practicals and tutorials, exam calendars).
- This service has an IT unit which is responsible for managing the databases relating to education and training.
Training service
This service takes care of the organization of the various internships that the medical student is called upon to carry out and validate throughout his studies (external, internal, residents, family doctors and equivalency internships)
Service staff
This service is composed of technical and workers’ administrative agents, they are subject to the civil service statutes.
